I facilitate improved communication, goal achievement, and shifting of fixed thinking patterns enabling broadened perspectives. My work is collaborative and customized for each client and I have a deep commitment to helping others realize their visions.
MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
We meet where you are and I coach to your power and commitment. We build on your strengths and improve weaknesses. I give you room to explore your issues, while providing continuous forward momentum toward your stated outcomes, all with accountability until you get there, and beyond.
My coaching process is based on a belief that you have many solutions within yourself, and only need help finding clarity and developing those solutions to achieve the results you are seeking. I provide consulting and mentoring in areas where you lack knowledge or feel stuck.
